Normal delivery time is about 1-3 working days (from that time the order is placed until we ship out from us). During high season it could take longer time.
We normally ship all parcels with PostNord and their partners. We do not take any economical responsibility on delays caused by the shipping company.
As a private person you can select (depending on country):
Parcel - Traceable and insured, you get notifications on where to pick up your parcel and you need to ID to collect it.
Registered Mail - Traceable and insured, you get notifications on where to pick up your parcel and you need to ID to collect it.
As a company we have only one shipment method:
Parcel - Traceable and insured, delivered with DPD to the company and you need to sign it to receive it (only countries within EC).
We do not accept orders outside EC, sorry!
If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the post office or other courier company and report a damage. Do not pick up a damaged package! If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is of such a nature that it can be attributed to the handling of the post office or the transport company, you must contact them and make a claim report. If any dispute with the post office or the transport company can not be resolved, please contact us.
The shipping cost for an order is charged according to the actual weight in combination with country of destination. This is done automatically in the online store and the cost of shipping is reported at checkout. We do not allow free shipping outside Sweden
We follow the law on distance contracts according to the Swedish Consumer Agency's recommendations. According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to return ordered faultless goods without giving any reason (private persons only). Notice of this must be given as soon as possible, but no later than within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the goods (does not apply to specially ordered goods). There is always a guarantee on the products you buy (1 year). If it can be shown that there is a manufacturing defect in the product, you always get new parts, however, the warranty does not apply in the event of wear and tear or handling defects. You pay the return shipping yourself. For repayment - enter your postal giro, bank giro, personal account or bank account number.
In the event of a right of withdrawal or complaint, contact us first via our contact page. Not picking up a package does not count as regretting your purchase, it will then be a cost for us for the return and we will then charge SEK 350 incl. VAT.
Klarna only works in certain countries and will not appear if it is not availible. After identification and risk assessment, Klarna shows the payment options that can be offered to you. Whatever payment option you choose, Klarna is the one that handles the payment transaction while the actual purchase of the product or service is made directly by the store. Product or service-specific questions must therefore be directed to the store. Current payment options that may currently be offered through Klarna are invoice, account credit, card payment or direct payment via bank.
You pay with your PayPal account.
- Advance payment
You wire the money in advance you our IBAN account. After you have placed your order at the checkout, you will receive information on the screen and via e-mail how to proceed. Expect a few days extra delivery time if you choosen advance payment, we only send the order when we see the amount in our bank account.
Your personal data is handled in accordance to GDPR.
Any disputes are resolved primarily in discussion with our customer service. We follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations and otherwise refer to the European Commission's tools for online dispute resolution: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
